New to YOUR.studio?

  • The Beginner Class is designed for those just starting with the Reformer. It’s a single session where we guide you through the basics and explain how the Reformer works. After attending, you won’t need to do it again. Visit our FAQs for more details.

  • Our Intermediate class is perfect for those with some experience on the Reformer, ready to take on more challenging exercises. You’ll experience a mix of dynamic movements and full-body workouts designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Ideal for those looking to push their practice and progress further.

  • Our Advanced class is for those familiar with Reformer flows and ready to step it up. With added challenges, we focus on pushing your strength, precision, and control to the limit, creating that extra burn. It’s all about testing your limits.

    We recommend completing at least 10 intermediate classes before leveling up

  • Quick & Dirty
    Short on time, big on burn. In just 30 minutes, we’ll get you sweating with intense moves. Perfect for anyone who wants high impact in minimal time.

    Deep & Burn
    80 minutes of full-body fire. For those who want more than just a session – this is a deep, intense workout that pushes your strength, control, and endurance.

    Heads up: Our Special Classes are not recommended for beginners – we focus on more advanced and challenging exercises.
